Hildegard Peplau´s Theory

En the subjet of English they asked us to talk about an topic related with the nurse, and I chose the ”Psychodynamic nursing Theory” of Hildegard Peplau, because  in the nursing  school of the University of Chile, it is the theorist chosen as model , when we talk about mental health.

Hildegard Peplau is known as the mother of psychiatric nursing and her importance is the interpersonal  relation,  patient-nursing , in where the patient is partner in the nursing process.

Learn about this theory is important so that gives us a pattern to follow during our professional practice in psychiatric nursing.

The beginning

To begin my name is angela fica roa and second course year of nursing at the University of chile.

I am 19 years old and I live in the commune of Maipu.

For the English subjet, we have created this blog. In the hope that it will help us to implement better English and help us to be able to develop conversations more fluid and to be able to increase our vocabulary.
